ABOUT ME AND HPCSince 2025, I am a postdoctoral researcher in the High Performance Computing (HPC) group at the University of Basel. I am mostly working on eBPF/C monitoring of production HPC systems. In 2025, I received my Ph.D. degree for my dissertation on Improving Transparency and Performance of HPC Systems through Monitoring and Operational Data Analytics. In 2020, I received my M.Sc. degree in the field of HPC application performance analysis. I gathered experience in characterizing and comparing HPC applications through various projects during my time as a master student. In 2018, I received my B.Sc. degree on the topic of 3D morphable face model adaptation. During my time as a bachelor student, I also worked on a project involving the comparison of atomic structures.
